These are the default rates. In the app every rate is yours to edit.

Short loads and forgotten tear-outs eat the margin.

The extra inch and the demo

Thickness upgrades and tear-out get discussed at the house and dropped when the estimate is typed at night.

Small pours under the truck minimum

A 40 square foot pad still needs a crew and a short load, and the per-foot rate quietly loses money.

Upsells never offered

Stamped and colored work is the best margin you have, but pricing it on the spot feels like friction, so it goes unoffered.

Everything in the number, nothing forgotten.

Your rates, per pour type

Driveways, patios, sidewalks, and slabs price from a book you control, not a black box.

Finish and thickness, priced automatically

Stamped, exposed, color, and the extra inch are one-tap adders on top of your base rate.

Tear-out is one toggle

The demo and haul that always gets forgotten is a switch, so it never leaves the number.

Live yardage and truck count

The bottom bar shows cubic yards and trucks as you enter pours, because you plan in yards.

Small-pour minimum floor

Tiny jobs add a visible minimum line automatically, so a short load never eats your margin.

Questions

Do my customers need an account?
No. They open a link, review the quote, download the PDF, and accept by typing their name.
Can I change every rate and adder?
Yes. Every base rate, finish adder, thickness, reinforcement, and the small-pour minimum lives in your price book.
Does it calculate concrete yardage?
Yes. It figures cubic yards with a 10% waste allowance and the number of truck loads on the internal job plan.
What about small jobs?
Your small-pour minimum applies automatically as a visible line, so tiny pours are priced fairly instead of by the foot.
Can I collect deposits?
On the Crew plan, via Stripe, with a 30% default. Deposits are behind a feature flag you turn on when you are ready.
Is the e-signature binding?
It is a click-wrap record with the signer's name, the time, and a hashed IP. Check your state for what that means for you.
Can my finisher use it too?
Yes. The Crew plan includes seats for your crew.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of your billing period.

Your next concrete bid could take 4 minutes.

No setup fees. Cancel anytime.
